At times, you need quick answers such as help with your password or other support using DocFast. Our vendor, iPipeline, is working to improve your experience when you do need help. 

Use the new chat feature when you need support.

On the DocFast Login Help Desk page, you have options to call or email for support. Look to the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and you’ll find the new instant chat function. 

The chat feature is available the same hours of operation as the call and email support — 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern.
