In Force Operations Manager: Darcy Strand Fetzer

We're happy to announce that Darcy Strand Fetzer is The Standard’s new in force operations manager.

You may already know Darcy. She has served as our manager of policy administration for the last three years. In that role, she developed a nimble streamlined team that quickly processes new applications and issues policies. In fact, she’s proven her leadership skills in various roles throughout the nine years she’s been with The Standard.

Now Darcy will lead our contact center and team of in force case managers, ensuring the high level of customer service you expect from The Standard.

Darcy is excited to bring her talents to the in force side of IDI. Please join us in welcoming Darcy to her new role.
