Do you have a resource for first-time users of the member portal? I created an online account on standard.com. Why can't I connect my account to my dental or vision benefits?

You access dental and vision benefits through a separate portal. You can find the dental and vision member portal login page here.

 I don’t remember the email address or password I used to register. Can you help?

Yes, we can help. On the portal's Sign In screen, select "Let's help you get back into your account."

 How do I know which vision plan I have?

You can determine your vision insurance provider by looking at the logo on your ID card.

If VSP is your vision PPO provider, log in at vsp.com.
