This change makes it easier for your clients to send and sign forms, while also improving security and reducing processing time.
How to Get Started
To begin using DocuSign through The Standard, contact our service specialists at 800.247.6888. We are here to answer questions and help you and your clients through the process. We will get your contact information confirmed and on file so you can begin using DocuSign.
What’s Changing
Your clients can now complete and submit forms electronically. This includes distribution requests, beneficiary changes and other in-force transactions. They no longer need to complete paper forms or provide handwritten signatures, which helps reduce delays and common errors.
This enhancement builds on our existing capabilities of e-delivery of annuity contracts and electronic signatures on new business applications.
What Clients Need to Know
To get started, clients will complete a one-time identity verification process. This step confirms their phone number and email address to help ensure secure delivery moving forward.
