Automated Authentication Required for Annuity Service Calls
Callers to the Annuity Services line must now complete authentication through the automated phone system before speaking with a representative. Previously, this information was collected by a representative during the call. Moving authentication to the automated system helps protect you and your clients' information while improving call security and service efficiency.

Producers must enter the:
- Last six digits of their Standard producer ID
- Last four digits of their Social Security number
Policyholders must enter the:
- Last six digits of their policy number
- Last four digits of their Social Security number
- Date of birth
