A New Look for the Annuity Portal

The refreshed Annuity Portal is here – designed to make your day-to-day work faster and easier. You’ll still have access to all the tools you rely on, now with a cleaner, more intuitive design that simplifies navigation and saves time. Here’s a quick look at what’s new and how it will help you work more efficiently. 

Streamlined Navigation 

The most noticeable update is the new left side navigation menu. This layout makes it easier to move between dashboard views and reporting features without losing your place. 

Enhanced Producer Dashboard 

The updated Producer Dashboard provides an intuitive landing page along with quick links to both reporting features.

Improved Reporting Experience

Under the Reporting menu, you can run your Pending Business Report or Book of Business Report. After generating a report, you can: 

• Export results to Excel or Web View 
• Select any active policy to view additional details 

Detailed Annuity Information 

Selecting View Annuity Details opens a comprehensive view of each contract. Collapsible policy detail sections allow you to explore deeper information, including values, activity and key documents. 

Global Search Function

New search function appears throughout the portal so that you can look up client's information from any page without navigating back to your Dashboard.

Client View 

Your clients will also see a refreshed experience when they log in. This streamlined layout helps clients quickly find what they need, reducing questions and making self‑service simpler.
