Starting Dec. 12, we’re excited to expand our use of DocuSign to support most in-force transactions. This is a major step forward in our commitment to modernize service, enhance security and simplify the experience for both you and your clients.

How to Get Started

To receive documents through DocuSign, contact our service specialists at 800.247.6888. We’re here to help make the transition smooth and successful.

What’s Changing?

Clients will now be able to complete and submit forms electronically for a wide range of in-force transactions from distribution forms to beneficiary changes. This eliminates the need for paper forms and manual signatures, resulting in:

  • Faster processing
  • Fewer delays and errors
  • Secure document delivery

This enhancement builds on our existing capabilities for e-delivery of annuity contracts, offering even greater flexibility and efficiency for ongoing transactions. These forms are available on DocuSign:
