Doing Business Online Is More Important Than Ever.

Conducting business electronically is now a requirement because of the pandemic. It’s also faster and easier. Plus, it can be the most secure way to collect and send client information when you use reputable vendors.

If you haven’t already taken advantage of our electronic tools and processes, try them now to help you do business online. Here are three ways we can help.

1. Choose a method for easy online enrollment.

ALTERNATIVE TITLE

Ready EnrollTM is ideal for your employer-paid cases of 20 or more lives. Our secure, web-based system delivers a quick online enrollment period. Plus, after initial enrollment, it’s easy to enroll new employees.

Or use The Standard’s Electronic Signature Program for enrolling new plans or adding additional employees to an existing plan. Agencies and brokers can use accounts with any of the five approved vendors, including DocuSign and Adobe Sign. First, download the Electronic Signature Program packet and review the guidelines. Then complete and submit the two-page Electronic Transactions Certification to your GSI account manager to get started.

2. Deliver policies electronically. We’ve expanded PDF policy delivery to all our cases. We always deliver policies through secure file sharing.

3. Help employers pay premiums with a wire. We accept list bill premium payments via ACH/wire transfer. Contact your GSI account manager for instructions.

Working together, we can complete, process and deliver apps and policies, all electronically. This can make working from home easier for our clients. And help you work with people you can’t meet face to face — now during the COVID-19 pandemic or at any time.
