Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemptions

Does your company have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccine policy? Our ADA team is here to support you with medical exemption requests you might be receiving in response to your policies. And it’s included for groups that have implemented our ADA Accommodation Services.

We’ve rolled out a process to assist employers with managing requests for medical exemptions due to employee’s own disability as defined by the ADAAA. A designated ADAAA Accommodation Specialist will review information from the employee and medical provider. Our specialist will discuss cases with the employer to help them make the decision to approve or deny the exemption request. We’ll also send the decision correspondence to the employee, and monitor all cases, associated correspondence, forms and outcomes for the employer.
