Pretreatment Estimates
When your dentist recommends a procedure or treatment plan, you can find out what’s covered and how much you’ll pay before you receive services. You’re not required to obtain a pretreatment estimate, but you may find one helpful for more costly procedures.

How Your Claims Are Paid
After we receive a claim for your dental visit, we'll send you an Explanation of Benefits, or EOB. The EOB shows the services billed, what your plan covers and any amount you may owe. We'll also send your dentist a similar statement. We'll mail you your EOB. You can sign up for paperless statements through your account on the member portal.
