What to Know About the DocuSign Process
DocuSign allows you to securely sign and manage documents online from any device.
In the email you receive from DocuSign, click on “View Documents” or “Review Documents.” Enter the access code specified in the email and accept the terms and conditions on the electronic consent page. Carefully review the document, then click on the “Sign” button and confirm your signature.
Your access code, which is the last four digits of either your employee identification number or your Social Security number, is specified in the email you received from DocuSign.
You need your access code any time you want to view your application. If you choose to finish reviewing your application at a later time, you will be asked to re-enter your access code when you want to view it again.
You may change some types of information in the application before signing. If information in a locked field is incorrect, contact your human resources representative.
Select “More” or “Other Actions” to locate the “Decline to Sign” option. Choose this option, then enter a reason. You may also contact your employer's human resources representative to decline coverage.
DocuSign meets and exceeds the most stringent U.S. and global security standards. Only you and individuals authorized by your company have access to your documents. Your content stays private — including from DocuSign.
Select “Other Actions” to locate the “Decline to Sign” option. Additionally, you can contact your employer's human resources representative for other signing options.
Contact your employer's human resources representative or visit docusign.com if you have other questions about DocuSign.
