New GSI Paperless Billing

We’re introducing a fully paperless billing option for employer groups to simplify and streamline the customer experience. We’ll no longer mail bills to groups enrolled in the GSI employer portal or to those groups receiving direct email bill notifications. We’ll notify GSI employer groups included in this change that paper bills will end as of Aug. 28.

Our employer portal offers your GSI employer groups self-service access to member, billing and policy information for GSI plans with The Standard — all in one place. Key features include:

• Insights into member billing and policy information
• Simplified management of member changes and billing details
• A convenient way to reach their service team

Employer groups can access the portal by completing the Portal Access Authorization Form.
