Enhancements to DocFast eDelivery

We’re enhancing DocFast^® capabilities for Guaranteed Standard Issue. Now, you can deliver policies that need signatures, like amendments and Underwriting decision letters, directly through DocFast^®. This new capability will streamline the signature and policy placement process.

With this update, agencies and producers will continue to have real-time visibility into the policy delivery process. The Standard will send amendments and Underwriting decision letters directly to agencies for approval. This gives agencies a chance to review them beforehand and print them for hand delivery if needed. Once approved, agencies can send these documents directly to the policyowner via DocFast^®.
