Common Dental and Vision Questions

I’m having trouble logging in.

Here are a couple of the most common issues members encounter:

1. Using the Correct Site for Dental and Vision

First, make sure to navigate and log in to the correct site for Dental and Vision benefits:

From the page above, follow the links to navigate to the login page that's appropriate for you.

You cannot access the Dental and Vision site through The Standard's main login page at this time.

2. Entering the Correct User ID and Password

If you've navigated to the correct Dental and Vision login page and still cannot log in, here are a few things to try:

  1. Make sure to enter the user ID and password specifically for the Dental and Vision site. These are different than what you'd use to access other benefits through The Standard's main site. If you did not create a separate online account for Dental and Vision, you can register for access from the Dental and Vision Services page.

  2. If you cannot remember your password, use the 'Password Assistance' feature to reset it. You'll need to provide your account's user ID and email address to use this feature.

  3. If you cannot remember your user ID or need other assistance, please call us at 888.808.5080.

How do I check my Dental claim’s status?

You can check on your claim’s status by logging into the Dental member site.
