Filing With The Standard
Are you covered by a policy from Standard Insurance Company or The Standard Life Insurance Company of New York through your workplace benefits? If so, you can log in to your account for the following types of claims:
- Disability
- Accident
- Critical Illness1
- Hospital Indemnity
Filing With a Former Anthem Life Policy
If your policy was issued by Anthem Life Insurance Company, Anthem Life & Disability Insurance Company or Greater Georgia Life Insurance Company, please go to the Claims Service Center to file claims.
