Lower Rates, New Discount

Effective Oct. 5, 2023, we adjusted our rates and added a new discount for The Standard’s Platinum Advantage Graduate Medical Education program to help you sell more. Effective Feb. 14, 2024, these updated rates and discounts are now available in all states except South Carolina.

Lower Rates

We’re introducing state-specific pricing, which allows us to offer more competitive rates in many states. Rates have decreased by 5% in 18 states and increased in six. In addition to the revised Platinum Advantage rates, the new 5% eApply Discount is now available in all states except South Carolina.

Additionally, we’ve increased rates for the cost-of-living adjustment rider and 3D occupation classes.

New eApply Discount

We’ve added a new 5% eApply Discount. We know using online tools helps save time for you and your clients. With quick fill-and-sign features and built-in checks, eApp helps applicants apply for Individual Disability Insurance quickly and avoid time-consuming errors. Your applicants will automatically receive an additional 5% savings when using The Standard’s eApp. It’s a no-brainer to move all GME applications online.
