Ron Boudreau Jr.
Ron Boudreau is a coordinator with The Standard’s Workplace Possibilities program. Ron is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities stay at work and return to work following an illness or injury. He has over 20 years of experience providing accommodations to diverse populations of employees and employers across the non-profit, private and public sectors. Before joining The Standard in 2022, Ron worked for over 10 years as a consultant with the Workplace Possibilities program, where he completed ergonomic assessments and coordinated return-to-work plans with employees and employers. In his current role, he partners with employers to support their stay-at-work and return-to-work programs. In addition to his ergonomic expertise, Ron has provided vocational rehabilitation counseling services to workers in a variety of industries, helping them return to work following an illness or injury. He has also worked as a vocational expert providing testimony regarding an employee’s employability. Ron received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Boston College. He also holds a master’s degree in vocational rehabilitation from Springfield College and a graduate certificate in Ergonomics from the University of Massachusetts. He is a certified rehabilitation counselor, or CRC, and a certified ergonomic assessment specialist, or CEAS. In his spare time, Ron enjoys running, cycling and walking with his two dogs.
