Nathan Whiteley

With over 20 years of experience in Absence Management, Disability Claims, and Return-to-Work Services, Nathan Whiteley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as vice president of Absence and Disability Services. His 15 years of leadership experience have honed his ability to drive success through perseverance, teamwork and adaptability. By fostering internal relationships built on trust and accountability, Nathan ensures that his team effectively solves customer problems and collaborates on key solutions and product or process enhancements.

A strong advocate for high-functioning teams, Nathan believes that change leadership should be a priority and focus. He enjoys coaching others in their efforts to achieve success and grow their careers, fostering a team atmosphere where different perspectives are leveraged to deliver the best outcomes.

Nathan is a proud Oregon State alumnus and enjoying life with his wife Kelly, son Jacoby and their two French bulldogs. Outside of work, he loves watching his son play basketball and golf.
