Morgan Miller has been with The Standard since 2016, specializing in the Absence space throughout her career. In 2020, she transitioned to the Absence Management Consulting team, where she currently resides. As an Absence Management consultant, Morgan collaborates with clients during implementation to design Family and Medical Leave Act programs tailored to their organizational needs, while also providing ongoing support for existing customers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children in Portland, Oregon.
