Melissa Oliver-Janiak

Melissa Oliver-Janiak is vice president Total Rewards and HR mergers and acquisition strategy at The Standard. She is an employment lawyer and has worked extensively with employers as outside and internal labor and employment counsel, including advising on disability and leave issues. In her current role, among other responsibilities, Melissa manages the team of HR professionals who work with employees needing leave or accommodations. Melissa’s team partners extensively with The Standard’s Workplace Possibilities^SM team to find the best solutions to enable employees facing disability to remain at or return to work.
