Kristin Papa

Kristin joined The Standard in 2015 and has various roles within the Absence Management department before transitioning into a consultant role in 2019. She serves as a subject matter expert for Absence Management, assisting with compliance-related questions regarding federal or state leave laws. Kristin also provides support to in-force clients regarding any updates or changes to their leave plan design, correspondence or configuration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Portland State University.
