Jessica Kuehne-Tilton

Jessica Kuehne-Tilton is a disability and productivity consultant for The Standard’s Workplace PossibilitiesSM program. Jessica is passionate about helping individuals with disabilities navigate the world and employment. She has over 20 years of experience providing accommodations to diverse populations of employees and employers in the nonprofit, private and public sectors. Jessica joined The Standard in 2014 as a vocational case manager before joining the Workplace Possibilities program in 2016 as a Workplace Possibilities coordinator, where she helped employers build their return-to-work and ergonomic programs. In her current role, she consults with employers to implement, manage and enhance their Americans with Disabilities Act accommodation services, stay-at-work and return-to-work programs.

Beyond her insurance experience, Jessica has worked in a variety of rehabilitation divisions as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, including an extensive background supporting individuals with visual impairments.

Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in vocational rehabilitation, from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In addition, she holds a master’s degree in vocational rehabilitation from San Diego State University, as well as certifications for the ADA and as a certified rehabilitation counselor.
