Jennifer Birk

Jennifer Birk, M.A., is a senior change manager at The Standard with over a decade of experience leading organizational change across IBM, management consulting and the insurance industry. She is also an independent instructor with Portland State University, teaching organizational effectiveness subjects including change leadership and conflict management. Jennifer brings research-backed insight and real-world experience to support change at all levels of an organization — from individual contributors to senior leaders — building readiness, resilience and adaptability in the face of constant change.
