Heidi Izunagbara

Heidi Izunagbara is a senior ADA accommodation specialist at The Standard.

Izunagbara has a passion for helping people find ways to be independent and self-reliant. In her current role, she provides employers with guidance and education on how to better support their workforce. She advocates for employees who require an accommodation to maintain their employment and be successful in their roles, by partnering with employers to identify effective solutions that can help employees with disabilities stay at or return to work.

Before joining The Standard in 2016, Izunagbara helped individuals with developmental disabilities find ways to live independently at home.

She holds a master’s degree in human resources management and services and was a member of the first synchronized swimming group in Nigeria.
