Constance Spurling

Constance is a senior product manager at The Standard, specializing in Paid Family Medical Leave. With nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Constance has honed her expertise through various roles in Product, Compliance and Long Term Disability. A native Oregonian, she holds a BS in Biology from Portland State University. Outside of work, Constance is passionate about traveling, capturing moments through photography, nurturing her garden and giving back to her local community through volunteering.
