The Standard and our parent organization Meiji Yasuda double match employee contributions. In 2025, we raised $6.4 million for 2,630 organizations during our Employee Giving 365.

Project 48 is a nonprofit that supports youth impacted by foster care by providing essential resources and personalized duffel bags filled with comfort and necessity items within the first 48 hours of their transition. Additionally, we have a six-week life skills program to act as a bridge for young adults between the ages of 17 - 23 as they transition out of foster care into independence. Finally, we need all hands on deck for our yearly holiday drive in the winter!

We believe people thrive when their physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs are effectively met. Our three primary service communities are low-income, people living with HIV and LGBTQIA2S+. We seek to provide a comfortable and honest space in which anyone can express themselves along the spectrum of gender and sexuality.
