What We Do
Sunstone Way partners with participants to unlock a sustainable sense of home by providing shelter and wraparound support services to adults affected by chronic homelessness in Multnomah and Clackamas counties. Our six shelters include congregate, village, and motel shelters, including culturally-centric Weidler and Naito Villages. We help participants address personal and systemic barriers to getting housed with services such as behavioral health, case management, housing navigation, peer support, and ongoing retention services.

Our work at Sunstone Way changes lives — not just by helping people find shelter or housing, but by restoring stability, connection, and hope. When participants thrive, communities become stronger, more compassionate, and more resilient. That’s the heart of what we do: we walk with people toward a better future, and everyone benefits.
