Our mission is to provide access, belonging and opportunity to Portland's youth and their families by using soccer as a powerful tool to connect them with comprehensive wraparound services.

What We Do

PCFC's mission is to provide access, belonging and opportunity through high-quality soccer for low-income and historically underserved youth. Our “whole child” advocacy approach supports the family's overall health. We offer wraparound services focusing on culturally responsive nutrition support, social-emotional wellness, educational support, community referrals and coach mentorship.
