Our Streets
More than 600 meals prepared and distributed every day to people in need.

Our mission at Our Streets is to serve the underserved. We encourage growth and unity within the community through resource provision, gatherings, and education.

Since 2020, we have provided more than one million meals to the community.

What We Do

Our Streets originated in 2020, as a grassroots effort to provide support for communities in need during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and Black Lives Matter movement. Inspired by the BLM protests’ mission for social justice, Our Streets took to the streets to clean up trash, provide food, and work towards uplifting underserved populations. Today, we operate out of two commercial kitchens to prepare high-quality meals for folks experiencing housing or food insecurity. Volunteers help staff prepare food, package meals, and clean.
