OK You
Create your own OK.

OK You addresses this country’s youth mental health crisis by offering free and engaging creative practices that promote resilience and ongoing self-care habits.

What We Do

Through free arts-based mental health projects and resources, OK You supports youth in navigating big emotions and staying connected to their OK selves. By supporting school counselors, teachers, families, and others in trusted, culturally-specific roles with youth, we're able to multiply our reach and impact with wellness practices that continue to expand within communities. To date we've supported more than 120 schools and organizations in Oregon, as well as 30,000+ individuals nationwide. Find support for your community at okyou.org.
