IRCO Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization
We imagine a future where refugees and immigrants belong, are nurtured, and can thrive.

At IRCO, our mission is to welcome, serve, and empower refugees, immigrants, and people across cultures and generations to reach their full potential.

What We Do

Founded in 1976 by refugees for refugees, IRCO has been serving Oregon's immigrant and refugee communities for nearly 50 years. Today, we serve tens of thousands of clients annually, with four IRCO cultural centers and 50+ program access sites across the state. Learn more and get involved at irco.org.

What Does IRCO Mean to You?

IRCO community members discuss what being a part of the IRCO community means to them...

IRCO is thrilled to be an active participant in The Standard's Volunteer Expo. Volunteer service is key to the work we do at IRCO – our programs are stronger because of this public support and involvement.
