Top-4 Rankings in 4 Categories in 2025 PLANSPONSOR DC Survey
The PLANSPONSOR 2025 DC Survey results are in. The Standard secured the No. 2 net promoter position for recordkeepers serving retirement plan sponsors in the $50 million to $200 million category. Overall, we held top-4 rankings for net promoter scores in four categories:
- No. 2 net promoter position in the $50 million to $200 million category
- No. 3 net promoter position in the under $5 million category
- No. 3 net promoter score in the $5 million to $25 million category
- No. 4 net promoter score in the $25 million to $50 million category
PLANSPONSOR also recognized The Standard as one of nine standout providers. The nine companies earned the greatest number of service awards in the survey’s six main categories. We’re honored to receive a silver standout award in the $25 million to $50 million market space.
The service team earned 14 Best in Class awards. These include five cups in the $5 million to $25 million category and nine cups in the $25 million to $50 million category.

PLANSPONSOR surveys more than 2,000 defined contribution plan sponsors every year. Plan sponsors are asked questions about their satisfaction with recordkeepers in key areas. PLANSPONSOR then measures and evaluates the feedback to reach the results. The 2025 results are based on surveys conducted August to November 2024.
