The Standard offers health support services to Schwan's Shared Services, LLC employees, their dependents, spouses, parents and parents in-law through our vendor partner, Health Advocate™. The Health Advocacy Solution is a highly personalized service that can help you with your health-related issues, including but not limited to all of the following:
All support is provided by Personal Health Advocates (PHAs). These trained professionals, usually registered nurses, have years of experience working in healthcare. PHAs are carefully screened to make certain that they have both the necessary professional credentials and excellent personal communications skills to deal with the issues presented to them.
A Personal Health Advocate will be assigned to your case on your first call and will be available to you for all follow-ups. PHAs are available during normal business hours, Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern Time. After hours and during weekends, on-call staff is available for assistance with issues that need to be addressed during non-business hours.
