State vs. The Standard's Plan: Which Is Right for You?

Keeping up with the leave administration and changing leave laws can be a challenge — especially if you have employees in different states. Note that many states allow employers to choose a private plan from an insurance carrier, like The Standard. If you'd rather not manage paid leaves on your own, then a private plan may be right for you.
