Once you've had a chance to review the Additional Life Coverage Highlights and the Certificate of Insurance, along with the LTD Buy-up Coverage Highlights and Certificate of Insurance and you're ready to enroll in coverage, you'll want to visit your benefits website at https://choices.mus.edu/. You may enroll during the following periods:
Initial Enrollment Period (New Hires)
You may enroll for coverage within 31 days of becoming a Member.
Family Status Change Period
You may enroll for coverage within 63 days of a Family Status Change
Annual Enrollment Period
You may enroll during the Montana University System's designated Annual Enrollment period. Please contact your Human Resources representative for specific dates.
If you are required to provide evidence of good health, you will receive an e-mail communication from The Standard with a link to complete and submit your application electronically.
