Enroll in or make changes to Voluntary Life, Short Term Disability (STD), Voluntary Long Term Disability (LTD), Accident, Critical Illness or Hospital Indemnity coverage by visiting the EPEBP Member Portal .
Remember to Update Your Beneficiary
As a reminder, all Life insurance beneficiary designations, including designations for Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance, are managed on the EPEBP Member Portal. If you wish to designate or update your beneficiary(ies), please log in to your EPEBP Member Portal account and update the beneficiary section or call PEBP member services at (775) 684-7000 or (800) 326-5496.

Important Notes
To enroll in The Standard's Voluntary STD plan you cannot be currently enrolled in another STD plan, such as Colonial or Aflac. If you are, simply contact your Agency Representative or Pay Center (e.g., Central Payroll) and request they stop that payroll deduction.
