Claim & Leave Status

Claim Status Terms & Conditions

You can get claim status alerts from The Standard by text message by registering your mobile number with us. But before registering to receive text alerts, make sure the phone number you are registering to receive text alerts is the number we have in your claim record. If the phone numbers are not the same, if we do not have a phone number, or you have provided more than one number, you will receive only a welcome message but no further messages until you contact us to update our claim system records with the cell phone number you are registering to receive text status alerts. If you are uncertain about the phone number we have, please call us before enrolling in the text program.

The text messages are offered to provide status updates but do not replace written communications you will receive. The information sent via text message is based upon information at the time of the message only; a change in information could change your claim. Please review all written communications you receive from The Standard related to your claim.
