Online Service Enhancements

Enhancements to PlanNet® provide easier navigation to your most commonly used retirement plan administration tasks, added graphics and faster search capability. You still have all the same services and features — but with improved usability and a fresh look.

The new overview screen allows you to quickly access account settings and information and offers links for more details. Navigation is set up so you will always know where you are, while help links are also available throughout.

Similar enhancements have simultaneously launched for Personal Savings Center for plan participants, and authorized users have the added ability to view non-managed account statements through that online service.

Along with these enhancements, the login page has changed, and your browser may not remember your saved username and password if you use that feature.

To help ensure a smooth login transition, please make sure:

  • You create an account, if you haven’t already done so.
  • You know your password — or request a new one.
  • Your profile is up to date, including your email address, so that we can send a temporary password if necessary.

Please update your login page bookmark. You now access all the services you have with The Standard through a "My Services" screen.
