Long Term Disability Insurance

Long Term Disability insurance is designed to pay a monthly benefit to you in the event you cannot work for 90 days or longer because of a covered illness or injury. This LTD benefit replaces a portion of your income, helping you to meet your financial commitments in a time of need.

Online Visit your SIP Benefits and Enrollment System.
  Username: Social Security number OR EE ID number
  Temporary Pin: Last four digits of Social Security number + last two digits of birth year
  Example:
  Social Security number XXX-XX-1234 AND Birth Year 1970
  Pin would be 123470

 

Accident Insurance

Accident insurance helps with costs that medical insurance doesn't cover if you're hurt in an accident, plus it provides extra benefits if your kids get injured while playing youth organized sports. It pays you or a covered family member directly and you can use the benefit toward your deductible, copay or daily expenses during recovery.

Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Hospital Indemnity insurance provides a benefit when you are hospitalized for a range of common reasons, such as childbirth, sickness or injury. It can help you cover the out-of-pocket expenses related to hospitalizations, including co-pays, deductible or out-of-network charges. The benefit is paid directly to you regardless of your treatment costs or other insurance coverage.

If you are participating in a Health Savings Account, you may only enroll in the HSA plan for your Hospital Indemnity insurance. If you are not participating in a Health Savings Account, you may choose either the HSA plan or the Non-HSA plan.
