The Standard’s Commitment to Our Communities

At The Standard, we are a company of like-minded people dedicated to giving back to our communities. Employees of The Standard showed their generosity through the Employee Giving Campaign. The Standard Charitable Foundation worked to make a positive difference in the places we live and work. Together, we gave $5.5 million to nonprofit groups in 2017.

Our yearly Community Engagement Report shows the importance of giving to help strengthen our communities. And it shines a spotlight on our employees’ generosity.

Report Highlights

A record-breaking 2017 Employee Giving Campaign. Thanks to The Standard's dollar-for-dollar match, and a match from Meiji Yasuda, employees at The Standard raised $4.4 million for more than 1,700 schools and nonprofits across the country.

Total company giving of $5.5 million. The combination of support from The Standard Charitable Foundation and  Employee Giving Campaign donations helped many in need.
