Security Update: Apps and Quotes Removed

We’ll remove older applications and cases in The Standard’s eApp and Illustration Software to better protect client data, as well as speed up processing time.

• In eApp, applications not opened and saved for 60 days will be purged from the system, starting Sept. 17. Each day, the system will remove applications that haven’t been saved in the previous 60 days.
• In the Illustration Software, new business and increase cases that haven't been opened and saved for more than three years and seven months will be purged. If you haven't updated a quote in that timeframe, you'll still be able to reference a client’s last BIR quote when it’s time to exercise the option again. Cases will be purged on the third Wednesday of each month, starting on Sept. 15.
