Report Updated to Show Past-Due Policies Before They Lapse

We want to let you know promptly if a policy is in danger of lapsing  and give you and your producers time to keep it active.

ALTERNATIVE TITLE

 

Starting tomorrow, we’ll also list policies that are 16 days past due on your daily lapse reports. We’ll still send late bill and lapse notices to customers. This extra information, meanwhile, can give you and your producers a head start on conserving policies.   

The report will show a policy late payment only once, at 16 days past due. A policy will appear again as lapsed if we don’t receive premium by 31 days after the due date.
