Policy Inquiry & Contact Center Open More Hours

We’re always looking for ways to help you, your producers and your clients find the information and help you need. We’re expanding Policy Inquiry and contact center hours, and making it easier to find information in Policy Inquiry.

Policy Inquiry

  • We’ve expanded availability, so you can now find information in Policy Inquiry from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific.
  • You’ll find both pending and in-force policies when looking up policies by list bill number. Previously, this search only displayed in-force policies.

 

Contact Center

We’re increasing our customer service contact center availability. The contact center will be accepting calls for two more hours each day — from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Monday through Friday — starting in early September.

We're adjusting our Platinum Advantage rates and extending discounts to more states. These adjusted rates and discounts for The Standard’s fully underwritten Platinum Advantage product are now available in all states except South Carolina.
The Standard’s Electronic Medical Questionnaire is now available in all states except New York and South Carolina.
Our new sales consultants have extensive individual disability insurance experience and will report to Joe Boland, our new manager, sales operations.
