More Time to Conserve Policies

We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused economic hardship for many.

For policies ending on May 31 or earlier, we’ll extend the deadline to conserve a policy to 90 days. If employees lose coverage through their employer because they left their job or the plan was terminated, they’ll have 90 days to submit payment to maintain their coverage. We'll include inserts with conservation letters to make sure employees know they have more time. 

We’ll continue to monitor the effects of COVID-19 and review extensions as needed.
