New California Requirements Effective Jan. 1, 2017

Due to the regulatory changes in California, the following changes are effective Jan. 1, 2017:

Beginning Jan. 1, 2017 all annuity applications for Alabama must be submitted with the suitability profile form. This form (Form 15510) will be available on our website by selecting Find Forms & Materials. The old suitability forms cannot be accepted with applications signed on or after Jan. 1, 2017.
