Life and Disability Insurance

Group Policy No. 758938

Group Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (BLADD) Insurance

Your employer provides you with a basic level of coverage. Will that be enough for you? Think about your ongoing expenses and how much income is needed in order for your loved ones to maintain their lifestyle in the event of your death. Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance may provide an additional amount due to dismemberment as a result of an accident.

Additional Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (ALADD) Insurance

If Basic Life insurance doesn't cover your existing financial obligation, Additional Life insurance may help to bridge that gap. Plan now to help your family cover expenses like tuition, childcare, housing and daily living expenses.

  • For the Employee - Active employees can elect up to 5x annual earnings, not to exceed $500,000.  The Guarantee Issue amount is the lesser of 3x salary or $300,000. You may also elect a matching amount of AD&D coverage.
  • For your Spouse - Coverage is available in increments of $5,000 up to $250,000, not to exceed 50% of your Additional Life amount. The Guarantee Issue amount is $50,000.
  • For your Child – The Child Life insurance amount is $10,000, not to exceed 100% of your Basic Life amount. Coverage is from live birth through age 30. EOI is never required for Child Life insurance.
