City of Memphis - Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance

STD insurance is designed to pay a weekly benefit to you in the event you cannot work because of a covered illness or injury. This benefit replaces a portion of your income for up to 26 weeks, thus helping you to meet your financial commitments in a time of need.

City of Memphis allows you the opportunity to purchase STD insurance. You pay 100 percent of the premium for this coverage through easy payroll deduction.
