Additional Life Premium Estimator

To determine if you are eligible for Additional Life insurance, and for more information about the features and benefits of this coverage, as well as costs, exclusions and reductions, review the coverage highlights (English or Spanish) and Life Certificate of Insurance.

The estimated monthly cost for Additional Life insurance is based on your age on the most recent September 1 and the benefit amount selected. If you enroll in coverage, premiums will be deducted from your paycheck.

Age Reductions

Under this plan, Additional Life and Dependents Life coverage for you and your spouse reduces based on your age. Coverage for you and your spouse reduces by 35% at age 65 and 65% at age 70. If you are age 65 or over, the calculator below will factor age reduction into the equation.
