Additional Life Premium Estimator

The estimated monthly cost for Additional Life insurance is based on the eligible member's age on the most recent September 1 and the benefit amount selected. If you enroll in coverage, premiums will be deducted from your paycheck.

Age Reductions

Under this plan, Additional Life and Dependents Life coverage for you and your spouse reduces based on your age. Coverage for you and your spouse reduces by 35 percent at age 65 through 69 and 65 percent at age 70 or over. If you are age 65 or over, the calculator below will factor age reduction into the equation.
