Will I be notified regarding the status of my résumé submission?
An automated response will be sent to you once your résumé has been received into our résumé database. If there's a match between your qualifications and the position requirements, a recruiter will contact you directly. If there is not a match for the position requirements, you will be notified on the status on your application.
What happens to my résumé after I submit it online?
Your résumé and contact information is received electronically at The Standard's recruiting department and added to our résumé database.
What steps would I take to update my résumé or contact information?
On the Career Center website you can retrieve and update your résumé as well as add attachments to your profile.
Is there someone I can talk to about a specific position?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speak with each person individually. To be considered for a job opening, please apply for a position(s) and submit your résumé.
Does The Standard have part-time jobs available?
The majority of our roles are full time, but occasionally we desire part-time employees. Please search our Career Center website and apply.
What kinds of training opportunities does The Standard provide?
The Standard offers in-house training to support professional growth and encourages employees to enroll in training to earn industry designations. Additionally, we offer tuition reimbursement to support employees pursuing ongoing education.
Do all jobs at The Standard require previous insurance industry experience?
Depending on the position, The Standard does not generally require insurance industry experience. We recruit and train employees from a variety of employment backgrounds. If you believe you have the talent and skills for an open position, you are encouraged to apply.

The Standard has no affiliation with the individuals perpetrating this fraudulent activity.
