- On or before September 30, 2019, employers need to post the Massachusetts PFML poster
- By September 30, 2019, employers need to distribute a written notice to employees and collect signatures acknowledging the notice
- By October 1, 2019, employers need to begin collecting employee premium deductions for PFML (retro premium collection is not allowed)
- Employers have until December 20, 2019 to apply for a private plan exemption
